Inyambo Grill & Kitchen was born from a love of Rwandan culture and the belief that traditional flavours deserve a modern stage. Named after Rwanda's iconic long-horned Ankole cattle, we honour the land and its people in every dish.
Our head chef, Chef Celestin Nkurunziza, trained in Kigali and Nairobi before returning home to create a menu that bridges generations โ featuring beloved classics like isombe, brochettes, and tilapia alongside contemporary creations inspired by the thousand hills of Rwanda.
We source our ingredients from local farms in Musanze, Nyamasheke, and Rwamagana โ ensuring every meal supports Rwandan farmers and arrives fresh to your table.
